Deane Driscoll is the Managing Member and Chief Operating Officer of BHC Capital Partners, and serves as a member of the Advisors Investment Committee. Since 2004 Mr. Driscoll served in similar capacities for the three predecessor funds managed by the Advisor. Prior to that Mr. Driscoll has held senior underwriting, syndications and originations po... sitions with GE Capital, BankBoston Business Credit, The CIT Group and Fleet Bank. Mr. Driscoll has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of senior and subordinated lending, with a particular focus on junior lien and mezzanine financings. Mr. Driscoll also serves on the Board of Directors of several companies in the Advisors portfolio. Mr. Driscoll earned a BA degree in economics from Villanova University and holds Series 79 and 63 FINRA registrations. Mr. Land is the Founder and President of Clear Landing Capital, which formed in May 2016. From 2010 to April 2016, Mr. Land served as Head of Citigroups credit products, loan markets and leveraged lending for the US Commercial Bank. During his tenure at Citigroup Mr. Land increased committed capital from $1 billion to over $7 billion and oversaw the development of a team that grew to 60 professionals across front office and middle office functions. Principal investing experience of Mr. Land includes senior origination roles at Cerberus Capital Management, Citi Special Situations Group, Incyte Capital and Macquarie Corporate & Asset Finance. Mr. Land served 15 years as an investment banker in the Citigroup corporate and investment bank in a variety of senior investment and corporate banking roles. Mr. Land also raised over $100 billion in capital for clients as lead arranger, underwriter and/or investor. Mr. Land earned his BA from Carleton College with Honors; MBA in Finance, The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania; MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University SAIS, including studies at the Bologna Center.
