Better Off at Home

We have served clients across Georgia. Were not a franchise. Better Off at Home grew out of our own challenges caring for our elderly parents and the struggles we faced. We knew there had to be a better way and a local alternative to the big names with impersonal service. We can relate to your circumstance. This might be a tough time for you and yo... ur family. We can relate to what you are going through. Our aunt cared for our grandparents until they were both over 100 years old. We personally had the privilege of caring for my father in law who had dementia for a year and a half. It was very difficult, but taught us a lot and gave us the perspective necessary to offer the care other families need. Better off at Home has been working and living with my father for about one month. The whole family has seen a remarkable improvement in Dads ability to walk once again, when we truly believed he would never walk again! Dads level of enjoyment in life has really risen as evidenced by his laughter, conversation, and appetite. Each professional health care worker has shown a genuine concern and love for Dad beyond what we could have ever imagined. The staff has been a true blessing for Dad and for us. Our parents health and ability to live in their home began to fail in 2013 and we called Better Off at Home. We have had several caregivers over the past four years and they have helped through many challenging times. After our fathers death, our mother has continued to need help and we have continued our relationship with Better Off at Home. Nothing can be perfect in a challenging situation such as this but having help certainly allows to achieve the goal of keeping our parents at home.
