ISTC's vision for the Beaumont Emergency Services Training (BEST) Complex is based on customer input, active involvement and the encouragement of industry who know the value and quality that ISTC can bring to the BEST Complex. ISTC also knows the municipal needs and desires of cities and volunteer fire departments through mutual forums that we are... involved in. Regarding the material condition of the field, ISTC intends to develop a 5 year comprehensive maintenance plan to upgrade the facility to top-notch mechanical order and looks forward to the opportunity to sustained, planned maintenance at the complex. ISTC is committed to heavily marketing the Beaumont Emergency Services Training Complex for annual firefighter training both industrial and municipal, trade fairs and industry meetings. ISTC is a not-for-profit organization for learning, dedicated to providing the highest quality services for our customers in the most cost-effective manner. We serve our customers in our community by providing training and other services in order to promote a safe and secure work environment. ISTC is the source for health, safety and environmental training and other services. We offer site specific job safety orientations to contractors, as well as the employees of Refining, Chemical, Manufacturing, Offshore, Legal, Municipal and Healthcare facilities in the Gulf Coast area of Texas.
