"Bernies Team" is currently providing management training tools to three major utilities. We are working to demonstrate "Fuels Management", dry cask storage needs and information to plan the ease of operations as far as the entire spectrum of planning for and removing of Spent Fuel. We are providing tools to educate senior management on the storage... of A, B & C radioactive waste. We are also providing education on the coatings and inspection of large tanks through one of our partnering companies. We are currently awaiting the opportunity to be the SDVOSB of choice for all large public utilities. Our objective is to be a supplier of our client necessities. We are making agreements with other firms in the nuclear industry and the government spectrum. We are bringing with us the history of key management from different aspects of the power industry. Examples of key companies we have associated with Bernies-Team are as follows: We have an arrangement with Fluor for large craft or construction campaigns, which can be provided on or off site. We have an agreement with Brooks to supply security cameras and robotics for large underground pipe inspection. We have bid to supply coatings for the interior of water tanks through an arrangement with Vulcan Painters. EvoLucia has been providing lighting services to the DOD/DOE arena at a savings of up to 80%. They have linked with us to supply these same lighting materials to the nuclear industry. For almost two decades PLS has been providing licensing services to their client base. We have a verbal commitment that if their services are needed by Bernies-Team to assist one of our clients that they will be ready to facilitate that requirement. We are preparing to bid on Government set asides with Curtiss-Wright to operate through three segments: Motion Control, Flow Control and Metal Treatment, which support several of the largest, most vital industries in the world, including defense, commercial aerospace and energy.
