Bennett Trucking

Bennett Trucking was started in the early 70's by Lyle and Lillian Bennett. Lyle began the solo truck operation during the week and farmed on the weekends. As his family grew, so did the trucking company. Soon the older boys would be out in the shop working on the trucks and trailers as well as milking the cows. In 1979 Bennett Trucking was incorpo... rated and the fleet continued to grow. Bennett Trucking has always been a refrigerated truck line, hauling primarily meat on the outbound and food stuff for the backhauls. Relationships are what our business is all about. We have built long lasting relationships with customers that have stood the course of time over these 35 years. Most of the customers that we started out with are the same ones that we do business with yet today. Our relationships with our employees are keys to our success as well. We have drivers that have driven for us for over 21 years. These relationships are what we have built our past on and on which we continued to go forward with today. Bennett Trucking is family owned corporation. Most of Lyle and Lillian kids still have equipment leased to the corporation and are involved in the operations of the firm. Brian Bennett is the General Manager and overseas the day to day operations. Craig Bennett is an active driver and is a mechanic in the Windom, Mn Facility. Bruce Bennett is an active driver as well.
