The company has increased its score steadily over the past few years and the 1 star rating means the work it has done to improve employee engagement is having a positive effect. The Sunday Times Best Companies survey questioned over 1,500 Benfield employees on a wide range of personal views, terms and conditions and company values. Benfield's Chief...
