When I made the decision to start Bend Raven, it was fueled by a continuing desire to help people find the 'right' job. Over the years, recruiting has changed in many ways. The tools we now have at our fingertips could not have been imagined even 10 years ago. And still, what makes the business truly unique hasn't changed. The uniqueness of our ser... vice is quite simply, people. We now have analytics and advanced algorithms to better predict a persons decision making process, but in the end, they all have an inherent weakness. They can predict what people should do, or might normally do. They can never truly predict what people WILL do. That's where I believe our value lies. It still takes countless hours of sourcing and relationship building to consistently lead to a successful hire. It's the personal relationship that will always make the difference in this process and the reason we succeed in the toughest hiring markets. It remains difficult, but Bend Raven brings decades of experience to address that challenge. But it's not just about business. We're on a mission to make a positive impact on the lives of others. We as a company, donate 10% of our revenue to charitable causes.
