Ben Dyer founded his civil engineering, surveying, and land planning business in 1938, incorporating his company in 1952 as Ben Dyer Associates, Inc. Based on Mr. Dyer's vision the company has continued the tradition of providing quality service, through implementation and practical application of sound planning and engineering principles, and meet... ing the company's client's land use goals and objectives. As the company continue to move ahead into the future Ben Dyer Associates, Inc. remains dedicated to these same principles while meeting the company's clients' development and engineering objectives in the most economical and timely fashion, despite the ever changing and complicated regulatory process governing land development and related activities.
