Ann was a single woman on a search for an apartment in downtown Milwaukee. While looking for a unit to rent she looked at the paper and rode in her jeep looking for rent signs. After calling about a dozen separate places and receiving no responses after a few days she was rather upset. Finally she showed up at the main rental office at one of the b... uildings she had liked and had to beg to get a showing. After the showing she ended up renting a loft apartment not because she wanted to but because that was all she could find available. After this experience she decided that there had to be a better way of communicating with potential residents. Shortly thereafter Belter and Associates was created. Ann was certain that other tenants would appreciate getting calls answered in a timely manner that she would strive to keep them satisfied. This philosophy has followed through to this day.
