The Managing Members ('MM') met in 1978 and formed their first real estate company in 1989. They come from different, yet, complimentary backgrounds which include: legal, real estate, gaming and hospitality. With a similar mindset, the partners combined more than 100 years of experience and formed Bellagio Group, LLC ("BG") to manage their holdings... , develop real estate properties and provide capital solutions. Steven brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and trust to BG and is now BG's Managing Director of Real Estate and Capital. Most recently, Steven represented the real estate interest for family offices and spearheaded more than $120,000,000 of real estate acquisitions across 6 states. Prior, Steven spent more than 20 years in the financial services industry servicing the needs of Family Offices and HNW investors. During his tenure, Steven developed the trading strategy for a hedge fund, implemented the risk and allocation models for a $260 Billion portfolio and developed sophisticated investment strategies for his clients. Steven's licenses include: FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, 66, CFM, CA Insurance, CA Real Estate and NMLS.
