We provide engineering services for all types of commercial and residential land development. Our engineering company has a lot of experience with permitting and compliance at both state and local levels. We provide conceptual planning and design based on the client objectives. We review town and state codes and develop a plan that meets applicable requirements. We work closely with you to provide the necessary applications, narratives, plans, and calculations to submit the project to the Town and State for their review and approval. After review and approval is complete we prepare final construction plans for pricing and bidding as may be required. Once construction has begun, we will support the client throughout the process and will be their technical advisors as may be needed.
