Since the 1950s, BCEG has taken the projects aided for foreign countries by China, of which the main architectures were the Damascus stadium, Bandaranaike building, Ulan Bator stadium, etc. After the reform and opening policy of China, in order to import foreign capital, BCEG has established the Chang Cheng Company in 1982 and has developed many co... nstruction projects outside China. Since entry to the 1990s, the scale of oversea business has been further expanded. In 1991, BCEG has started to develop international construction businesses in countries such as Botswana, Pakistan, Rwanda, Malaysia, Thailand, Zanzibar, etc, and has built the Botswana Congressmen Apartment, the Botswana Financial Building, the Botswana Aviation Building, the Qibo Road, the Crown Prince Restaurant, the Bangsha High-Level Apartment, and 33 sets of apartments in Thailand, etc. In 1992, BCEG expanded its business to Russia and Macau. Camas housing was built in Russia, and Jing-Ao Center and Jade Square were built in Macau. In 1993, BCEG entered into Mauritius and Sri Lanka, and Mauritius Complex was built. In 1995, BCEG expanded its business to UAE, and UAE Shahama overpass was built. In 1997, BCEG undertook to construct the Chinese embassy and its official mansion in Indonesia. In 1999, BCEG built Layou 5-star Hotel in Dominica. In 2000, BCEG built the Senate Office Building and a library in Cambodia.
