Since the Holiday Season is approaching, it is appropriate to remind all the valued subcontractors and suppliers who have contributed to our initial successes, of our policy regarding gifts or other business courtesies. It is unallowable by Bechtel Jacobs Company's policy for any employee to accept gifts or gratuities from our subcontractors and/or suppliers at any time of year. We know that you may wish to make a gesture to promote goodwill during the season of sharing, but no matter how well meaning, this type of action conflicts with our Standards of Conduct established and adhered to by all of Bechtel Jacobs Company employees.
