All of our apartments are just about as close to campus as you can get without being in a dorm! In addition, we consider the quality of the competing communities including size of apartments, quantity and quality of apartment features and community amenities and the quality of service provided. We monitor our competitor's pricing and are confident we offer a fair price given all of these differences. If you have specific questions, please do not hesitate to ask your leasing consultant or the community manager. We're happy to explain what we believe are the differences that support our pricing.
