BCL Ready mix was formed in 1994 with the technical assistance of Lafarge Cement. Since that time the company has grown steadily in stature and reputation to become the leading producer of high quality Ready mix concrete in Lebanon. The company currently operates one large production yard in Beirut (Capacity 200 m3/hour). This yard is equipped with... state of the art concrete plants fitted with central mixers, computerized controls, shaded aggregates, and comprehensive concrete laboratory testing facilities. These ensure that all concrete production, supervised by experienced personnel is of the highest grade and in compliance with international concrete requirements. This production capability and versatility enables the company to meet all concrete requirements as dictated by the demands of the Contractor, Client, and Consultant. The company has a truck fleet of more than 31 transit-mixers (6, 7, 8, 9 & 12 m3 capacity) supplemented by seven (7) concrete mobile pumps (Schwing & Putzmeister manufacture) and other five (5) stationary pumps (Schwing & Putzmeister and Reed manufacture), one high pressure stationary pump for towers enabling it to ensure prompt, efficient and reliable delivery and placing of concrete in accordance with schedules laid down by the customer. All the above-mentioned plant & equipment are maintained, operated and supervised by well-trained staff under a capable management. This has enabled the company to produce in more than 3 million cubic meters of concrete since its inception.
