BBG&S Engineering Consultants, Inc. is a consulting mechanical engineering firm serving clients in Alabama and the southeastern United States. John Bagby P.E., L... awrence Jack Bowness P.E., Christopher Gilbreath P.E. and Mike Streetman founded the firm in December of 2005 with 80 cumulative years of experience in the industry. In January 2007 William Golden P.E., LEED AP joined the firm as a partner adding to the firms wealth of experience. Currently, BBG&S is composed of four licensed professional engineers, three senior designers, three designers, and an administrative assistant. The partners and staff are highly trained professionals with extensive design experience in the Commercial, Educational, Government, Healthcare, High-density Residential, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Religious, and Telecommunication arenas. However, each partner's experience and qualifications are unique, and compliment the firm's culture of quality and teamwork. The firm has participated in a number of significant projects that have achieved LEED certification, and which embody the principles of sustainability. To accomplish this we utilize the latest technologies available. We are fully capable of producing construction documents in both the 2D AutoCAD and 3D Revit platforms, and we employ the latest software for energy modeling, load calculations, document management, and specification writing.
