Originally from the small town of Rio Hondo, Texas, Jane Hervey (she/her) is a creative director, entrepreneur and recording artist, living and working in Austin, Texas. She is the founding director of bbatx, and actively designs communication strategies and experiences for other arts and entertainment organizations, nonprofits and creative start-ups. As a musician, since putting out her first four-track EP Sour Grapefruit in 2019, she has opened for OSHUN, Nomi Ruiz, Bunny Michael and more. Her work has been profiled in publications like Texas Monthly and Forbes, and in 2017 she was inducted into the City of Austin's Women's Hall of Fame. You can learn more at janeclairehervey.com . Jasmine Brooks aka Jas (she/her) is a Graphic Designer and Visual Artist based in Denver, Colorado, by way of Oakland, California and Austin, Texas. She specializes in branding, illustration, and photography that she enjoys fusing together whenever she can. As an artist that is still growing and learning, Jasmine is constantly thinking of ways to improve her practices, better her skills and continue to be creatively engaged while exploring new art forms that help her best express herself and/or execute a project. Jasmine is currently working as a freelance graphic and web designer for various clients including her long time role as branding and design contractor for LifeWorks Austin, a nonprofit that helps youth and families experiencing homelessness on a pathway to self-sufficiency.
