Bayview Builders

Bayview Builders is a premium custom home building and remodeling firm based in Annapolis, Maryland. For more than 15 years, the company has been making the blueprints of architects and designers - and the dreams of homeowners - a reality. The company spent the company's formative years working as a carpentry service on high end residential project... s. Framing, exterior siding, exterior cornice, interior trim and millwork were the building blocks that prepared Bayview Builders to become a general contractor. This experience makes the company unique in that the company has the ability to self-perform and not subcontract these tasks on the company's current projects. The company believes that having the company's people take responsibility for all phases of carpentry gives the company a better understanding of the entire building process while having excellent quality control - no passing the buck to the next subcontractor. In recent years, the company's management and administrative teams have grown to complement what the company already knew how to do: build houses. From multi-million dollar home construction to custom renovation projects, the company's reputation for craftsmanship, integrity, transparency and loyalty is outstanding. Craftsmanship is quality work at every stage, from the fit of the first rafter down to the fit of the last piece of crown molding in the kitchen. Transparency is bringing the company's clients into every phase of the project: from billing to execution, the company's clients know what the company knows. Integrity is the company's ability to hold ourselves to the highest standard. And because of the loyalty fostered by owner & founder, Dave Carlisle, with his team of employees and subcontractors, Bayview Builders has one of the highest employee retention rates in the area.Read More
