Baycorp Advantage

To equip Baycorp Advantage for its future, significant changes have been made to increase the bench-strength of the leadership of the group. This program of leadership change and capability development has been underway since 2003 and is key to the future strategic direction of Baycorp Advantage. Since 2003, the management of the company has been s... trengthened by several key appointments to the leadership team. Most recently we have appointed a new General Manager for Sales & Distribution (Russell Evans), reflecting the need for improved sales performance and customer engagement, and a new General Manager for Baycorp Advantage Business Information Services (Erica Hughes), reflecting the need for greater capability in product management and business development. Russell and Erica commence work with Baycorp Advantage in early August 2005. As previously announced, Andrew Carline commenced as the company's new Chief Information Officer in July 2004, bringing to the company significant new technology change capability and greater experience of technology developments in the financial services sector. These are critical new additions to the company's capabilities, and each of these appointments adds to the momentum of the business which has been built over the last two years.
