She co-founded Bauer Ryan PLLC with Charles Bauer in 2015. Douglas served five years in the United States Navy. He earned his Bachelors degree from Bluffton University in 2008 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2012. He became a Partner with Bauer Ryan PLLC in January, 2017.
