The Bath Pub Company was formed in 2012 and currently operates four pubs in and around Bath. Our aim is simple; to run great pubs that people love to visit, and build a company that people love to work for. For us, a great pub means three things: great food, great service and a friendly, welcoming environment. Our menus are driven by what our custo... mers want to eat, they are not a playground for us to experiment with the latest fads. When it comes to service, its about doing the basics really well. Its about the attention to detail. But above all its about the people. Thats why we go out of our way to recruit people into the company who share our passion for great service. Whilst each of the pubs is owned by one company, were a million miles from a branded chain. Each of our four pubs has its own distinct personality and we encourage each of our managers to run the pubs as their own. Each chef creates his own menu according to what will work best for each pub, its about as far away from one size fits all as you can get.
