Basu Banerjee Nath & Co. is one of the oldest auditing and accounting firms in the Indian sub-continent, with a rich and illustrious history. The firm was established in 1933 by Mr. P. C. Basu and Mr. K. P. Banerjee. The present Senior Partner Mr. A. C. Nath qualified as Chartered Accountant in 1968 and joined the firm in 1969 as a partner with Mr.... K. P. Banerjee, FCA. Mr. G.C. Paul, FCA joined as a partner in 1989. Mr. Uzzal Deb Nath FCA joined as a partner from 20th November, 2013. Md. Aftab Uddin Khan, M.Com. FCS, LLB, FCA also joined as a partner from 17th November, 2016. Mr. A.C. Nath, FCA and Mr. G.C. Paul, FCA have continued as partners since 1989. Mr. A. C. Nath, FCA has to his credit 50 years of professional experience while the other partner Mr. G.C. Paul, FCA has surpassed 30 years. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Mr. Uzzal Deb Nath, FCA gained considerable professional experience in other CA firm. Md. Aftab Uddin Khan, M.Com. FCS, LLB, FCA had professional experiences of 33 years in banking before joining the firm in 2016. The firm has offices both in Dhaka and Chattogram (Chittagong).
