BaseToBusiness is a Workforce Attraction and Retention Partnership led by Prospect Human Services and funded by Albertas Ministry of Jobs, Skills, Training and Labour. Prospect is one of Albertas most innovative not-for-profits, helping people who face barriers to employment overcome those barriers.
