I guess what I want you to know is that my business started out as a family owned framing crew in the early 90s. My dad and my uncle taught me the ins and outs of building from the ground up. I also held a real estate license, and helped clients purchase property, provided designs and built out custom homes. However, as time went on I realized that I could help clients when they needed remodeling and exterior repairs on roofing, windows and siding. I learned everything I could about walking the consumer through the process including working with insurance claims on damaged homes. The company's technicians and installers are all trained and educated in the Bartlett Method, and that is to ensure that when the job is completed the company ask are you completely satisfied with the company and anything less than a yes is unacceptable!
