About Barons Winery
At Barons, our goal is to produce ultra-premium world -class wines with intense character and superior aging potential. Since our inaugural vintage in 2001, our winemaker Matthew Loso (former winemaker/owner of Matthews Estate) continues to source grapes from the top vineyards in the Columbia Valley as well as Red Mountain appellations. We currently produce four wines: Barons Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, Barons Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Barone and Barons Columbia Valley Sauvignon Blanc. While vintages are normally available only to a private mailing list, you may sometimes find our wines in select wine shops & fine restaurants. In the spring of 2011 we opened our tasting room in the Woodinville, WA wine warehouse district and began shipping Barons wines directly to consumers in the U.S. Barons winery is an ardent contributor to charitable foundations, events and wine auctions nationwide.
