About Barefoot Babies
Come visit us to see and feel our collection of products in the store or join us in the community space for one our programs and a cup of tea! The history of Barefoot Babies: In 2009 Anj found herself driving to Kitchener and Guelph to buy cloth diapers for her son. Pretty soon she was making the drive to buy diapers for herself and her friends. When she heard a friend was opening a children's consignment clothing store, Little Bird, on Ottawa Street she asked if she could rent space to sell a few cloth diapers. With that a business was born, starting first a s rediaper, later joined by Daisy Days, bef ore becoming the Barefoot Babies we know today. Barefoot Babies has changed a lot over the years, with business partners joining and needing to step away, the business name changing, and staff coming and going but after more than 10 years, Anj is still on Ottawa Street and still selling cloth diapers. 10th anniversary celebrationExplore more
