Bardwil Linens

Bardwil Industries, Inc. is a 97 year old, three generation company which today is the largest and broadest based table linen manufacturer in the United States. Chief Executive Officer George Bardwil runs the day-to-day operations from the company headquarters in New York City. Bardwil Linens was founded by George Bardwil's grandfather and grandunc... le in the early 1906's, who immigrated to America as traveling salesmen. They originally imported linens and lace from Europe and later from the Orient when the Chinese markets opened up. At the age of 19, George Bardwil's father, Elias traveled to China to learn the business first hand. Elias Bardwil ran the company as chairman from 1950 to 1990, then George took over the reigns. Over the course of three generations and nearly 100 years of experience, Bardwil Linens has become the premiere table linen company - manufacturing and importing consistently fine quality table linens for uses from everyday to special occasions. Bardwil's staff travels the world looking for the latest home furnishing fashion trends and translating them into the finest possible manufactured product.Read More
