We are delighted to say the Barclay Clinic is still open to provide full chiropody and physiotherapy treatments. As appointments have to be longer to allow for cleaning and sanitising after each patient, we will not be able to treat as many patients as we did before the lock down. We will always call you the day before to confirm your appointment a... nd ask some screening questions. You can, if you wish, pay for your appointment during the screening call. Otherwise you can pay by contactless card or cash when you arrive for your appointment For your safety we are operating a one-way system, you will enter by our front door and exit our side door which leads onto Rodney Street. When you arrive your temperature will be taken and the wearing of a mask is mandatory for entry to the clinic. Remember also that apart from face to face physio appointments, we are able to offer online video consultations and physio home visits. Thank you for your support through what has been a difficult time for all of us. While we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give at least 24 hours notice that you will not be able to make your appointment. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your appointment date and go through our screening questions. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.Read More
