Barbe seafood LTD is joint Serbian Danish company, founded in 2014, by the team of people with more then 30 years of experience in producing salmon products. Our factory is located in Poega, on the hillsides of Zlatibor mountain, 180 km from Belgrade, at 550 meters above sea level. Excellent air quality in combination with traditional production me... thods, gives the fish a unique smoked aroma. Current capacity enables us to process around 160 tones of fresh salmon, and around 100 tones of final product on monthly basis, which places us among largest salmon smokeries in the Balkan region. The assembly of machinery includes new, reliable and proven technologies in producing smoked fish products, all contributing to securing high and consistent product quality and meeting the customers' requests. Our technology enables us to produce variety of products, where our main product is smoked salmon fillets, in packages of 50, 100, 200, 300 and 500 grams.
