We would like to announce that as from the 2nd of september 2017 the Banthai restaurant will close its doors as we ( Joy and Karl ) are retiring from the restaurant business after fifteen fantastic, wonderful, and glorious years, We would like to Thank all our customers that have visited us and supported us over the last 15 years, and we greatly ap... preciate your friendship and custom. The decision to close was a difficult one as this year has been one of our best years in the business, but we have decided to explore some different business oppertunities and new life experiences, so we felt that this was the right time to do this, the reason for choosing the 2nd of September to close the doors was that this was exactly 15 years to the day that we opened the restaurant in 2002.
