Banana RC Raceway

As You all know, or some of you finding us for the first time. We are no longer an indoor Carpet RC track/Hobby shop. What we Have evolved into is a Mobile RC Race track. Our First few races where held in the old parking lot site of Mikes Hobby Shop. this was a fun place but it lacked restrooms or places to get food/drinks. Then we moved to the par... king lot of Lonestar RC Hobbies. Bill was a former manager of Banana RC Raceway in its beginnings, and is the current manager of the Lonestar. We where then invited to be apart of Lonestars "Try RC Day" where there was crawler courses, speed runs, just free driving around, big air ramps. and us with our parking lot racing setup. we continued to be apart of the try rc day once a month and we also tried to race the week after or 2 weeks after that so we could get in 2 race days a month. has been a hard year for most of us, we where only able to try and get 1 race day in this whole year, and then the weather wouldn't behave and the misty rain ruined the day. then the next time we where going run everything got shut down and all that.. So here is to 2021 and us getting to put on a a good season of parking lot racing. Races Will be held on Sundays. We are still working out the time we want to start racing. we want to you to be able to have some family time before race time, but we also want to not run the race program to late. or in the 100 degree heat once summer gets here. OVAL: We will be at least trying to do this once a month, or if there is enough interest in it we can run it before or after the On-road racing. Well... we will try and carry a few things: Tires, traction compound, bearings, glue. One thing we do have is a full inventory of 3racing XI Sport Parts . This Part of the Business will be a slow growing one. We still have accounts with most of our suppliers, we did loose some of the big ones when we got out of the Brick and Mortar store front. but since the overhead is drastically lower than it was, we can offer our racers parts a little cheaper.Read More
