Ryan Barry, a humble, enthusiastic, and visionary thinker began his journey setting the sky as his limit established Balanced Air to serve the HVAC industry. Moving to the factory allowed Balanced Air to expand its workforce to include a project manager, an estimator, five technicians and an administration officer. With continual efforts and determination, Balanced Air have grown into the entity they are today and are the proud owners of our current Head Quarters in Hallam, employing more than forty people.
