Within the past year they expanded to a new facility and now have a total of three Physical Therapists, an athletic trainer/massage therapist and a full time massage therapist. When you arrive at Back on Track, you receive personalized, quality care. The facility offers private treatment rooms as well as a welcoming gym area with state of the art equipment. Back On Track provides manual therapy, functional training for strengthening, flexibility and balance, work hardening programs, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation; as well as individualized fitness programs for post rehabilitation. They also provide advanced treatment options for Parkinson's, pre and post pregnancy, pelvic floor muscle dysfunction, vestibular/vertigo correction, and concussion management. Therapeutic modalities are also available and include ultrasound, phonophoresis, electrical stimulation, biofeedback, and cold laser.
