B3 Consulting Group was founded in 2012 by P. Craig Golden when he seized an opportunity to redefine how consolidation consulting services were performed. Over the years, Craig participated in a series of consolidation projects where large consulting firms had been leveraged to downsize or consolidate. In each instance, the recurring approach was t... o bring an army of consultants and a bulky methodology to generate billable hours. He observed in meeting after meeting how resources werent actively engaged. Instead they were observing while a handful were driving the solution. He saw an opportunity to change the consolidation approach to facilitate workshops to get resources of the sideline to contribute to the project. There was also a need to make timely decisions based on the input provided by the knowledge experts.
