It all started with a few yoga classes every week when the doors of B Well Nation opened in 2009. Founder Leslie Benedettos vision was to create a place where anyone could feel comfortable exercising, regardless of their fitness level or health concerns. Over a span of several years, Leslie began offering more group fitness classes. Zumba® swiftly... became the magnet that brought people in the door, including B Wells current owner Chris Cosky. As the demand for more types of fitness classes grew, so did the staff. About 10 instructors now teach regularly at B Well Nation, with around two dozen regular adult fitness classes offered each week. B Well Nation now offers group exercise classes , health coaching, senior and youth fitness, small group training, and off-site corporate/office classes as well as special wellness events for organizations and businesses. We are passionate about helping you and your family reach your wellness and fitness goals. Your membership includes the one-on-one support of our professional staff.
