B Sharp is committed to providing everyone who works with us or attends our projects with the highest quality experiences. We invest in our great team of professional music leaders by providing continuous training and supervision. We nurture talent within our community, to 'grow our own' future music leaders, through our unique traineeship and appr... enticeship programmes that provide opportunities for young people to work alongside more experienced professionals. Our leadership training and professional development helps ensure that all young people are welcomed and supported to progress musically and socially within our programmes and work with partners to offer that training across the region. Formed in 2007, B Sharp is a registered charity based in Lyme Regis that offers music making opportunities for children and young people across East Devon and West Dorset. We provide a safe and enjoyable environment where children and young people can explore and develop their music skills, increase their confidence and be valued for their contribution both as individuals and to wider society.
