B&L Management Company is a NYC Property Management Company that specializes in the urban development, redevelopment, and management of residential apartments in NYC. We own mid and high rise apartments throughout Manhattan, including Chelsea, Clinton (Hell's Kitchen), Murray Hill, and the Upper East Side neighborhoods. B&L Management is a family o... wned company founded in 1980 by Benny Caiola and his three sons. Mr. Caiola constructed his first, privately owned NYC apartment building in 1974. That successful property was swiftly followed by several others. Since its inception, B&L Management has developed approximately 30 residential apartment buildings. The "one man" operation has grown into a fully staffed office, which includes 2 full-time building managers, a rental office, legal and accounting departments, receptionists, and clerks. Mr. Caiola and his three sons still lead the business. The family also owns Rome Construction Company, which is responsible for the construction of all B&L properties. In addition to new construction, the Rome team maintains existing apartment buildings in the pristine condition that B&L residents enjoy. Looking ahead, B&L Management is in the planning stages for several new mid and high rise NYC apartments.
