Azenkai was founded after the sale of Link2People to ADP. The principals of Link2People got back together to follow the original dream of helping companies to implement HRIS solutions and at the same time transforming the HR team from being reactive to proactive by taking advantage of technology. Link2People was formed in 1999 with the intention of... making the implementation of SAP HRIS simpler, faster and easier but at the same time making it an enjoyable journey. ROC also started in the UK with the same ideals and culture and with a vision to make SAP implementations more cost effective, using Best Business Practices for SAP HCM. Our initial clients included Bosch Australia, VDO Instruments, Collex and CS energy. Towards the end of 1999 our goals took a turn from HR to Global Payroll, when Link2People was chosen to design a solution for ADP for the Asia Pacific region. In the initial years the team configured and rolled out 31 payrolls across eleven countries, delivering ESS in five languages with just twelve associates located in Sydney Australia. The team designed many templates including conversion tools, data load programs, configuration, training and end User documentation. The team's success can be linked to the Change Management tools which were embedded in all the delivery processes. Azenkai has relaunched as a Human Resources Product and continues to operate as part of Roc, serving customers worldwide.
