Meat treat that's hard to beat. This stuff is packed with flavor and a filling snack. After buying another brand of biltong and not being happy with the quality of meat, I researched and decided to order two of Ayoba's biltong slabs. Yum. Delicious! I highly recommend giving it a try, just dont blame me when you get hooked! My father was born in South Africa and requests a slab of biltong from Ayoba for every holiday whether it be his birthday, Christmas or Arbor Day. It has become a pantry staple year round - great quality and taste! This bitlong is so tender and juicy that it actually surprised me. I've had other bitlongs from other companies but none was as good as this one. If you're going to try for your first time...These are the guys to go with.
