The Education & Training Division of Alan Yoon Associates focuses entirely on the provision of financial seminars and training. The Division conducts seminars in the various fields of finance namely : We are devoted to the principle of Continuous Learning to enhance human capital, and boosting awareness of Best Practices in the industry. Our goal i... n financial seminars and training is to help individuals develop a financial reasoning ability that they may apply to on-the-job situations. We believe that most traditional financial training programs are not effective at the practical level because they rely on formulas and rote memorization and fail to provide a sufficient foundation for independent reasoning. At AYA Seminars, we design financial training that builds a strong foundation with simple logic, examples from everyday experiences, and illustrations that help anchor concepts in people's minds. To foster a better integration of theory and practice, AYA also collaborates with the National Institute of Accountants Australia (NIA) and the Faculty of Management & Economics, University Putra Malaysia(UPM) to enhance professional standards amongst students.
