Axiom Title was born out of necessity. With affiliate companies involved in almost 9,000 single-family home transactions and over $1.6B in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, we determined the need for state-of-the-art automation, white glove service and absolute customer satisfaction. These qualities emanate from our real estate... and legal affiliates. As a result, clients from our affiliates have requested that we build a title services company with the same work ethic and customer service that they have been accustomed to. Why not us? There are very few title companies that have evolved, ground up, as buyers and sellers of more than $3B in residential and commercial assets throughout the United States. Our team is dedicated to frictionless title services to its clients so they may focus their time on the main tasks at hand, whether it is buying, selling, leasing and/or financing an asset. While no title company can guarantee 24/7 service every day of the year, it is something that we strive for and have as our top priority. Axiom Title has the support of well-established national real estate companies along with a full-service law firm on site. We have chosen, based on years of experience as the clients, the most capable and customer service oriented team coupled with the latest technology to ensure a non-disruptive environment for our clients transactions. Merrill graduated from Washington University School of Law in 1999 where he subsequently joined Gardere as a national and international corporate bankruptcy and restructuring lawyer. After 4 years of extensive experience in some of the largest bankruptcies and workouts in the history of our country, Merrill left Gardere for a boutique firm that had a significant focus on commercial real estate restructuring and workouts.
