1. AXIALYS offers the AXIATEL service on its website www.axiatel.com ( AXIALYS owns and runs other websites ). 2. The Service, which technical specifications are indicated on the website www.axiatel.com includes, namely but not exclusively, a remote conference call number for organising telephone conferences, being entitled to invite one person or... more people to such conferences for an unlimited communication time, via the online interface or the Customer's mailbox, as well as the service customization. 3. The Customer acknowledges that, before confirming the Order Summary, they have read all information relating to the Service and all its features and elements. 4. At this time, the Customer has been able to assess the Service and its features as a whole, and check that the aforesaid Service meets their needs. AXIALYS may not be held responsible should the Customer decide that the Service, selected by them under their sole control, direction and responsibility, fails to meet their needs. 5. The Customer expressly acknolwedges that all the Services for which they have signed up are independent of each other, so that they may not claim any indivisibility regarding the company's Services, each of the aforesaid Services being governed by certain General and Specific Conditions. 6. The Customer accepts sole responsibility for using the Service, noting that AXIALYS shall accept no criminal or civil liability in connection with the Customer's use of the Service, and this in accordance with the provisions of the French Post and Electronic Communications Code and the regulations in force in the field. 7.
