Among the services provided were licensing, transactions and the strategic management of Intellectual Assets portfolios. The value and control of Intellectual Assets (which includes In... tellectual Capital and Intellectual Property) have become increasingly important for companies and nations over the last decades and accounts for a majority of the business value in many companies today. In 2015, as a result of being active on the market and listening to the clients' needs, a change of the business model for AWA IPro was made: The company's consulting services have been broadened and include the following main services: Business strategy, Valuations, Match-making, Innovation management, Business analytics and intelligence as well as industry royalty rates and deal structure support. Together with Awapatent the following services will also be provided: IP strategy, Freedom to operate analysis, Due diligence, various search services, e.g. novelty search. The company has established strong relationships with several key partners. The company works to a higher degree with fixed pricing and/or success fee based pricing. The company take an active role when working with the company's clients. In some cases the company will be a supporting function and in some cases the company will be the driving force. No generalized solutions are offered, each client will have a tailor made solution. The company want to share the risks and rewards of the company's clients.
