In 2008, AVVENS sold the "SOGEC VEILLEROT" group so as to refocus on the Rhône-Alpes region and prepare one of its main partners' retirement. These changes in capital provide the opportunity to have new partners joining the firm, whose energy and motivation help to perpetuate the AVVENS' concept. In 2008, AVVENS acquired the "DAGNAUD VITROLLES" fir... m in Saint-Etienne, in order to reinforce its importance within the Rhone-Alpes region. The Saint-Etienne firm built and opened its new office in 2009, which alone promotes the image that the AVVENS group wishes to have. Through this union, Mr. Vitrolles aims at maintaining the future of his firm and preparing his retirement. In 2011, Alexandre Dagnaud became the general manager of this firm and a new partner of the group. On September the 30th in 2010, Maurice Seve, a co-founder of the group, definitely stopped his activities. The presidency of the AVVENS group is handed over to Pascal Blandin and the general management to Jean-Pierre Epinat. To maintain the collegial way of management, the new president creates a board which works every month on the major decisions. The year 2011 marks the time of two acquisitions: The buyout of a Luxembourg firm which enables to access a major financial place for financial reengineering operations; The "VERDET TOMASINI" firm, represented by Mr. Clément Tomasini, joins the AVVENS group in order to become a major actor in the region of OYONNAX. This acquisition allows having over thirty employees possessing the ability to work on all businesses. In 2012, AVVENS group accelerate its development and its presence in the Lyon area in acquiring 2 firms : ALC Conseils and GRANADOS. These firms had reinforced the local team of Lyon and remain the main office of the Avvens group. In the same time, a new office in "les Abrets" near Chambery and Grenoble was joining the group.
