Avenue HomeCare is a dedicated home care agency who provides skilled and non skilled nursing care for clients as young as pediatrics through to the senior/geriatric population. We take great pride in the elite service and quality care that we provide and strive to be the primary referral source in the community for private client home care services... . Avenue HomeCare employs full time and part time RNs, LPNs, CNAs, HHAs, Companions, Physical Therapists and PTAs, Occupational Therapists and COTAs and Speech Language Pathologists. All employees of Avenue Homecare have been screened, have completed a thorough pre-employment process, testing and orientation. In addition, as a condition of employment, background, health and testing is conducted on an annual basis. We also require every employee to participate in continuing education throughout the year. Those caregivers selected to care for each client will have participated in an orientation specific to the needs of such clients. All caregivers are selected and matched with each client according to their professional areas of strength such as pediatrics and geriatrics.
