Autonation VW

Very nice experience. Everyone was very laid back. I received text messages and phone calls from a team of people making sure I was taken care of. I had a short time frame to work with and they were all very accomodating. Terrible customer service. We ordered keys for our car through here and they said it would be 3 to 5 days for the keys to come i... n. We called them 2 weeks later and was sent to voicemail. 5 days later, still no phone call. They finally said the were in and when we came to get them programmed, found out they were here 4 days after we ordered them. We are finding a different place to get service next time. Super frustrating as we live an hour from here. We have a Golf TDI and we had an issue with the AdBlue (diesel additive) sensor. Justin in the Volkswagen service department worked with me to get it fixed. The part was part of a partial recall but he was able to get the work done under warranty that could have been easily denied. Excellent customer service. Helpful & friendly staff. They stayed open late for us since we werent sure which car we wanted. Douglas was great with answering all of our questions & explaining the differences between all the cars we liked to make sure we get the one we love! BEWARE! Tried to buy a CPO (certified pre-owned) vw and this is how it went: "It is NOT CPO", "NO, it is CPO", "Well, I can make it CPO", "Whoops, there's a recall and I can't sell it to you as a CPO... But you could buy it from our subaru dealer"... "But it won't be a CPO"... Artie (the GM) can't even be bothered to respond to texts. It is basically a scam so they don't have to give me the CPO warranty. Total shysters. BEWARE. When it became obvious to my husband and I that I was in need of a new-to-me car for traversing a large territory in Idaho, I went to Autonation Spokane to look.
