We are just a couple of average Turkish guys who were born and raised in Turkey. Growing up in Turkey, we learned to love and admire the unique and great quality designs and products that the different regions of the country have to offer. Our mission is to find both the best authentic Turkish-made quality products and make them easily accessible t... o our customers right here in the United States. We have both been importing Turkish goods for many years and recently decided to team up and sell our products together, and thus Authenturkish was born. AuthenTurkish pays great attention to detail and get input from our customers to find out what types of products they are most interested in. With this knowledge, we go on many exciting searches all around Turkey to find unique products including home décor pieces such as rugs and shelves, in addition to acquiring vintage hand-made kilim pieces that we turn into one-of-a-kind items just for you. Our most notable items include our one-of-a-kind handmade kilim collections. Anatolian Turkish kilim rugs are hand-woven in the Aegean & Mediterranean coastal regions of Turkey. We set out to find these vintage hand-woven wool Turkish kilim rugs that are anywhere from 30 to 50 years old, and use them to make our unique kilim pieces. Our kilim collection currently features an array of rugs, pillow covers, bags, and purses.
