Alongside our corporate programme, we support our community's mental health and wellbeing by providing one on one therapy services, masterclasses, and adjunctive workshops. Conducted by highly experienced, trained and certified mental health professionals, these initiatives exist to create a safe space for individuals to take ownership of their personal wellbeing and healing.
