AusCare believes in Consumer Direct Care, that is why our clients have more choice and flexibility in the level and frequency of support they receive. The concept of AusCare Home & Community Care can be traced back to May 2014 when our Founder recognised there was a lack of quality care services available to the community. During this time, he also learnt about the lack of support workers knowledge about Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Communities and their service needs.
