Everyone was on hand to help or assist, nothing was an issue for anyone and having the option to be dropped and collected was a great bonus (both my drivers were excellent) I had a great experience with Auric Auto. The customer service was great and all my car machanical problems we resolved. Big ups to Hayden( the consultant who was helping me) at the Claremont branch.. Alistair the sales consultant was very helpful. The parts for my vehicle wasnt available here in Cape Town and it needed to be ordered from Johannesburg. As a matter of urgency the parts were delivered as promised. Well done Allistair. My first time at this branch and what an incredible experience. I unfortunately missed my initial service date, called and they gave me a slot the very next day with no issues. All the staff walk around with a smile and make you feel at home.
